As construction project manager, ACC has managed all phases of the construction process from concept through completion, including cost and budget controls, scheduling, estimating, expediting, nspection, contract administration and management of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers. ACC is staffed by a talented group of consultants' project managers, engineers, environmental scientists, and attorneys that have a unique understanding of the interrelationship between environmental liability, entitlement risk, environmental risk management, and real estate development. The system of project management to be employed must be selected or designed for each new project thus taking account of the particular conditions in which the project is to be constructed. Management systems are designed to avoid any prejudice of the rights of the owner under the construction contracts and to ensure that the obligations of the contractor are not diminished.
